Exchange and Refund Policy
We accept exchange/return requests within 2 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, with intact tags and packaging.
- Exchange/return requests must include original receipts/invoices.
- Flash Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible.
How to Exchange/Return
- For Online Purchases: Visit our Display Centers or send the product via courier (consult with our Service Center first).
- Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the issue is our fault.
Incorrect Delivery
Provide an unboxing video for verification. We will arrange a replacement if verified.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for online purchases are processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Display Center purchases are refunded upon fulfilling return conditions.
Warranty for SPACES Products
- 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
- 5 years against woodlouse, foam, and fiber elasticity.
- Post-warranty repairs available on a paid basis.
